Top of the range software and Personalized APP to use for every workout, to communicate with me and track progress.

Choice of Gym workouts or Home workouts with no equipment.

Access to a client portal to track PB’s, weight change and overall performance.

Review of Self Captured Videos to monitor Form and Technique to ensure you are training correctly and safely.
