About Me
I’m Kallum, born and bred a manc (the red side, of course). I started Personal training at the end of 2022, as my ambition and love for fitness grew and I noticed how much change was made, both physically and mentally.
I wanted to bring my unique training methods, the type where you’ll hate me one minute and be crying with laughter the next to the PT factory and share with my Clients the importance of training, and help change their mindset on coming to the gym, whether that was training with me or by themselves. With a growing client base, I have been successful in building relationships with my clients on a 1-1 or 2-1 basis and adapting my training to suit different abilities/strengths.
